Some projects turn out to virtually fend for themselves. Firstly, the demographic composition of the population of rent will be the majority minority. Moreover, a much larger proportion of the population will probably choose to rent than the first cause of lost wealth, aging, disappointment regarding the value of home ownership, tighter credit restrictions homebuyers, home buying more demanding requirements payment, and increasing the focus on a greener life and issues of quality of life. Tenants can see their cars as their permanent home;
• Some tenants may have much more wealth than before, and
• Tenants can show more preference for the placement of single family living
For managers, these factors subtly changing the definition of residence of the ideal manager. If residents see the project as a home rather than temporary housing before buying a house, if some tenants will have more wealth, and if tenants focus has shifted from a question of cost for a quality of life issue, the ideal design tend to be:
• Extremely focused at work, entertainment and leisure.
• Projects that are placed in all stages of life will benefit more that tenants may be less mobile. Sites that offer excellent access to all elements can suddenly become even more attractive.
• The new demographic are the tenants have to do the function of ownership, location, service and management decision that may offer inferior conditions of collaborative managem
